The service was exceptional, with attentive and helpful staff, especially Simon and Yani, who made my experience truly special. The location couldn't have been more perfect, tucked away on a quiet street yet so close to all the main attractions. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, offering well-presented dishes with attentive staff. Overall, a wonderful stay with just a few minor areas of improvement.

I couldn't have picked a better spot to stay! The hotel is right by the Duomo, surrounded by great restaurants. The rooms are almost like double rooms, so spacious and impeccably clean. The service was professional and accommodating, even though a bit cold at times. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to everything in Florence. The dining was very good but a bit pricey. Overall, a fabulous hotel with minor room for improvement!

This hotel is a gem in Florence! The rooms are appointed with everything you need, including a robe, slippers, tea & coffee making facilities, and toiletries. The huge bathroom and tiny balcony were perfect even for our baby. The service was top-notch, like a finely oiled machine, with staff who were attentive, friendly, and professional, making our stay special. The location is fantastic, right near the Duomo and leather market. The dining experience was well done, with a minor complaint about the eggs being a bit soggy. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Florence, especially for the price!
